How it works and why it’s different than my group program, Magnetic Queen:

I do all the heavy lifting in designing a specific program that shifts your specific patterns so you can meet your specific goals.

Each session we meet, we shift a specific pattern using neuroscience based methods, such as hypnotherapy, somatic therapy or Internal Family Systems Parts work, so that by the end of the session you leave with a new identity and full action plan for that week.

I create custom materials and hypnosis audios for you to utilize in between our sessions that allow you to solidify your new identity with ease.

All I ask is that you show up to each session, ready for a breakthrough, and are dedicated to implementing the daily actions (which take about 20 mins) that will enable your success to accomplish your goals.
